We will accept returns/exchanges on all footwear/shoes within 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT, PROVIDED THE SHOES HAVE NOT BEEN VISIBLY WORN, SOILED OR DAMAGED. All Dansko products are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee if returned within the 10 day window, so make sure you are very careful in following the size chart and ordering the correct size on our website. If any shoes/footwear are returned after 10 days of receipt Kristen Uniforms reserves the right to send back the item(s), without a refund. We sometimes may accept the return at a 50% re-stocking fee (at our discretion) if returned within 30 days, as long as the shoes are in original packaging and not worn, damaged or soiled in any way. Please call us BEFORE you return your footwear if you are unsure about this policy.
Kristen Uniforms will gladly accept all apparel items for return with the exception of clearance and customized orders. We are happy to accept your items for exchange or return within 20 days of receipt of your order. We can only accept items for return that have NOT been worn, laundered, soiled, altered, damaged, labeled, or customized. Items must be in original packaging with any/all tags intact. Any returns that do not follow the above specifications will be sent back, without a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. If your total return credit puts you under a coupon line we are offering at that time, then you will lose the coupon. For example, for a coupon of $20 off a $100 order, if your total order BEFORE shipping is $101.00, and you return an item that costs $20.95, you will lose the $20.00 coupon so your total return credit would only be 95 cents. This also applies for any anyone using a free shipping promotion. If your return credit takes you under the free shipping promotion line, then you will be charged whatever shipping rate is applicable for your order. If you return all of your items then you will have the original ground shipping rate for your order taken off of your order credit. Please take all of this into account before you return your items. One exchange per order will be allowed without incurring re-shipment charges. So, if you are receiving multiple packages for your order, please wait till all are received before making an exchange. All exchanges on international orders will be charged a base rate of $10.00 per vendor for exchange, so please take this into account before returning your order for exchange. For international exchanges, please also make sure to fill out your credit card information below. Please return your items within 20 days of receipt or you will be charged a 50% re-stocking fee. Any item(s) received beyond 45 days of receipt WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and will be sent back to you without a refund unless you call and make special arrangements with customer service. All items must be returned to Kristen Uniforms at the address above. Please DO NOT ship any items to our manufacturers, whose name and address may appear on your order's packing list. If items are shipped back to the manufacturer, you will incur a 75% restocking fee. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
CLOTHING ORDERED FROM DIFFERENT VENDORS (For example a Navy Top ordered from Cherokee and a Navy Pant ordered from Peaches) WILL NOT ALWAYS MATCH ON CERTAIN COLORS. PLEASE BE SURE TO ORDER SETS FROM SAME VENDORS. IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM BECAUSE THE COLORS DO NOT MATCH FROM DIFFERENT VENDORS WE WILL DO AN EXCHANGE BUT WE WILL NOT CREDIT SHIPPING! If however, you return items from the same vendor and you feel the colors do not match, Kristen Uniforms reserves the right to decide whether or not shipping will be credited. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but due to high volumes of returns because of this matter, it was necessary to revise our return policy.
